Wandering Adventures is proud to host the Adventurer's Bowl, our Blood Bowl league for coaches of all experience levels, played in-store in Woodbridge (Vaughan), Ontario. Test your skills, grow your team, and compete for glory across an 8-game season culminating in an in-store playoff showdown!

Season Schedule

• Round 1 – Kickoff Day: Sunday, October 4, 2026. All coaches play in-store on the same day. Game 1: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Game 2: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Both games are timed at 2.5 hours. If you cannot attend, you forfeit both games.
• Round 2: October 5 – October 31. Two assigned opponents – schedule and play your games in-store any time during the round.
• Round 3: November 1 – November 30. Two assigned opponents, same format.
• Round 4: December 1 – January 17. Two assigned opponents. The league pauses for a holiday break December 25 – January 6.
• Finals: Saturday, January 23, 2027. Top 8 coaches advance to single-elimination playoffs.

That's 8 regular season games per coach, with a full month of play for every round.

Playing Your Games

League games are welcome any day tables are free – weekends are suggested, but any day works. Just get in touch with the Wandering Adventures team first to confirm a table. The following dates are reserved league play days with tables guaranteed for Adventurer's Bowl coaches:

• Round 2: Saturday, October 17 & Sunday, October 25
• Round 3: Saturday, November 7 & Sunday, November 15
• Round 4: Saturday, December 5 & Sunday, December 13 & Thursday, January 9

Finals – Saturday, January 23, 2027

• Check-in: 9:30 AM. Quarterfinals kick off at 10:00 AM, with semifinals and the championship match to follow through the afternoon.
• The top 8 coaches from the regular season standings advance, seeded by Tourplay standings.
• No draws in the playoffs – drawn games go to Overtime under official Blood Bowl rules and continue until a winner is decided.
• Best Painted Team is judged on finals day – bring your team even if you're not in the playoff bracket.
• All coaches are welcome on finals day to spectate, play friendlies, and stick around for the trophy engraving and prize ceremony.

Team Building

Team building uses the tier system, and team starting treasuries can be found in Tourplay.

Scoring, Draws & Forfeits

• All games are recorded and scored through Tourplay. League standings and playoff seeding are calculated in Tourplay.
• Draws: During the regular season, if a game ends in a draw, both players must agree to play Overtime (using official Blood Bowl rules). If both players do not agree, the game stands as a draw.
• Forfeits: The non-forfeiting coach receives a 2–0 win, a random MVP, and 45,000 gold in winnings.

Forfeit Policy

Coaches who forfeit three or more games during the season will not be eligible to register for future Adventurer's Bowl seasons. A game counts as forfeited if it is not played within the round window and the league organizer determines the coach made no reasonable effort to schedule it.

Entry

• Every coach receives two exclusive Wandering Adventures branded dice with their entry.
• The league runs with a minimum of 8 coaches. If we do not reach the minimum, all entries will be fully refunded.

Prizes

• Regular Season Winner: The brand new plastic Blood Bowl Minotaur kit – the living wrecking ball for Chaos Chosen, Chaos Dwarf, and Chaos Renegade teams.
• Playoff Champion: A Blood Bowl boxed set ($200 value) – plus your team name engraved on the Adventurer's Bowl trophy.
• Best Painted Team: Warhammer paints and tools set.
• Last Place: Your name engraved on the legendary Wooden Spoon trophy.

Mega-Star Ban List

The following Star Players may not be induced or rostered at any point this season:

• Griff Oberwald
• Hakflem Skuttlespike
• Morg 'n' Thorg
• H'Thark the Unstoppable
• Ivan Deathshroud

All other Star Players are legal per the current official rules and Star Player PDF.

Communication

The Wandering Adventures Discord is the official communication channel for the league. Round pairings will be announced there, and all game scheduling between coaches happens there. Joining the Discord is required – ask in-store or at registration for the invite link.

Team Registration

• Tourplay registration is required.
• Search for our league: Adventurer's Bowl
• Join and create your team
• Teams must follow all roster restrictions through Tourplay
• All games must be recorded and scored through Tourplay

Tourplay: Our tournament software will manage scheduling, rosters, scoring, and provide a system to record all results before, during, and after games. Once your entry fee is paid, you can join the season at www.tourplay.net.

What Players Need to Bring

Required:

• Current team roster
• Rulebook and reference materials for your team (Spike Magazine or compilations/Almanacs for newer teams)
• Team miniatures (each position must be represented and identifiable)
• Dice
• Tokens or models to represent Stunned, Prone, Re-rolls, etc. (some may be tracked on roster)

• Pitch and dugout
• Templates
• Dice tower/cup/tray
• Notebook and pen
• Rules clarification resources

Code of Conduct

While the pitch may witness fierce rivalries, Wandering Adventures upholds the highest standards of sportsmanship. Coaches are expected to compete with honor, respect, and a spirit befitting the noble tradition of Blood Bowl.

Refund Policy

Refund cutoff is September 25, 2026. No refunds can be given after the season has started.
