Pokemon 2026 World Champions Celebration

The air is feeling electric as we approach the 2026 World Championships, and Play! Pokémon is ready to kick off the celebration early! From August 21 to August 30, Play! Pokémon Stores will host 2026 Worlds Celebration tournaments, where you can battle fellow Pokémon Trainers and make new friends at your local Play! Pokémon Store.

Participating Trainers will earn a Pokémon Trading Card Game promo card featuring Pikachu and a San Francisco-inspired background, while supplies last. Plus, at each location, winners from each age division—Junior, Senior, and Masters—will earn a copy of the promo card with “WINNER” stamped on it.

Winner prizes:

• One pack of three (3) Pikachu “WINNER”–stamped promo cards for the winners of each TCG division.

• One pack of four (4) Worlds Celebration–themed screen cleaners for the winners of the Pokémon GO and VGC tournaments (one for each age division).
